We need to figure out the total amount of food charge so her total is $300.

Went there Sunday. They had the ceiling fans on despite it being 46 degrees outside - why? If you need airflow, reverse them so they blow upwards and move the air without freezing everyone out. We placed our order. Got the buffalo chicken...

🔥 FIRE ZONE

800–950°F

Never park. Flash char zone.

⚠ DANGER ZONE

700–850°F

Use as oven cools. Watch closely.

✅ SAFER ZONE

550–700°F

Always start here. Still check bottom.

👁️ BOTTOM CHECK PROTOCOL

1️⃣Launch from the right (cool zone near door) — always start every pizza here.

2️⃣Check bottom before moving to a hotter zone — lift the edge. Pale = needs heat. Golden = stay or pull.

3️⃣Check bottom every time you enter an unknown zone — hotter areas work fast.

4️⃣Before pulling — bottom should be deep golden to light char. Never trust the top alone.
